PARK2TRAVEL Booking Website Terms and Conditions

1.        INTRODUCTION

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings for services made through PARK2TRAVEL.ie and all URLs operated by PARK2TRAVEL.ie (collectively referred to as the "Website").

1.2. The Website is owned by APCOA Parking Ireland Limited, trading as PARK2TRAVEL.

1.3. In these Terms, references to "PARK2TRAVEL" refers to APCOA Parking Ireland Limited trading as PARK2TRAVEL for all car parking facilities operated by APCOA Parking Ireland Limited in the name or style of PARK2TRAVEL. "You" and "your" refer to any person making a booking via the Website, while "we" and "us" refer to PARK2TRAVEL, as described above.

1.4. The VAT number for PARK2TRAVEL is IE 8282652R.

1.5. These Terms contain important information, including matters for which PARK2TRAVEL does not accept responsibility.

2.        CAR PARKING

2.1. When you book car parking via the Website, you will receive a unique booking reference number ("Booking Reference"), either via email or text message to your mobile phone, based on your declared preference.

2.2. The booking you make is non-transferable, either from you to another person or between different car parks.

2.3. The booking is valid only for the specified times, dates, price, and car park as detailed in your booking.

2.4. The terms and conditions for use of the car park as a result of booking your car parking through the Website are as follows:

(a) Car parks are priced per 24-hour period or part thereof. Prices are subject to change, and quotes are valid at the time of booking only. The number of "days" (24-hour periods) charged is based on the times selected during booking. If your actual entry and exit times differ from those specified in your booking, resulting in your time in the car park extending into an additional 24-hour period, you will be charged for an additional day at the drive-up tariff. This fee, displayed at the car park entrance, must be paid before leaving. This applies regardless of the reason for the delayed return unless the delay is due to PARK2TRAVEL’s negligence.

(b) All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

(c) Upon entering the car park, it is essential to follow the instructions provided to you via email.

(d) If you receive a car parking ticket on entry, please keep it safe as you may need it for exit. Follow the exit instructions provided at the time of booking.

(e) After parking your vehicle, you are responsible for:

(i) securely locking your vehicle;

(ii) fully closing all windows;

(iii) applying the handbrake properly;

(iv) engaging any steering lock, alarm, or immobiliser; (v) not leaving any animal or person in the vehicle;

(vi) ensuring your possessions are placed in a locked boot and not visible. PARK2TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle or possessions if these precautions are not followed.

(f) You must drive carefully and responsibly within the car park. Ensure children and animals are properly supervised and accompanied at all times.

(g) You must adhere to all directional signage and other instructions within the car park.

(h) PARK2TRAVEL does not accept liability for:

(i) damage to your vehicle (whether accidental or from vandalism);

(ii) theft of or from your vehicle while in the car park, unless caused by PARK2TRAVEL’s negligence or that of its agents or employees, and only to the extent that PARK2TRAVEL's negligence contributed to the damage or theft.

(j) the general terms and conditions of parking that apply at the car park are included in this booking. They apply to the extent that they are not amended or altered as a result of the Terms and Condition for booking using the Website. The Terms and Conditions of Parking can be found here.

(k) While PARK2TRAVEL takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of the car parks, we do not guarantee a secure environment.

 

3.        CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO AN ONLINE BOOKING FOR CAR PARKING

3.1. Should you wish to cancel your booking or part of it you may do so via the Website. Please click on the "Manage my booking" section to cancel a booking or email enquiries@park2travel.ie

3.2.  PARK2TRAVEL must receive notice of your cancellation at least 4 hours before the car park entry start date and time of your original booking in order to consider a refund. If you do not give the required advance notice as stated, no refund will be given. Please note any saver products are non-cancellable and non-amendable. Therefore, no refund would be issued as this product is discounted.

3.3.  Should you wish to make changes to your booking then you may do so via the Website. Please click on the "Manage my booking" section to amend a booking or email enquiries@park2travel.ie.

3.4.  Where a change is required by you for a reduction in the number of days of your car park booking then, PARK2TRAVEL must receive notice of your change to your booking at least 24 hours before the car park entry start date and time of your booking. If you do not give the required advance notice as stated, no refund will be given or if the change requires additional parking days to those indicated in your booking you may have to pay the full daily rate from time to time of the relevant car park.

3.5.  No retrospective refunds will be made after the car park entry start date of your booking (as detailed on your voucher) if you have not followed the cancellation and/or changes to booking procedures set out.

3.6.  No refunds will be made other than as expressly provided for in these Terms.

3.7.  No refund will be made if a booking has not been redeemed for any reason or cancelled in accordance with the procedures set out above.

3.8.  Any days booked and left unused will not be refunded unless you have followed. 

 

4.        EVENTS BEYOND PARK2TRAVEL'S CONTROL

4.1.  PARK2TRAVEL does not accept liability for any failure to perform its obligations due to an event beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, war or the threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist threats or activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, epidemics and pandemics, fire, adverse weather conditions, government regulations, airport closure or congestion, and/or cancellation or changes to airline schedules.

4.2.  Except as expressly stated in these Terms, PARK2TRAVEL shall not be obliged to refund any pre-payment or make any changes to your booking if you wish to amend or cancel your booking due to an event listed in Paragraph 4.1.

 

5.        OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

5.1.  PARK2TRAVEL will act with reasonable skill and care when providing services to you.

5.2.  Nothing in these Terms limits PARK2TRAVEL's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or in the case of fraud committed by it.

5.3.  PARK2TRAVEL does not accept liability for: (a) any indirect or consequential loss; or (b) any loss of profit, enjoyment, revenue, data, or earnings.

 

6.        GENERAL

6.1.  Any contract made between you and us via the Website is governed by Irish law.

6.2.  We reserve the right to change these Terms. However, once you have made a booking, the Terms that apply are those that were in effect at the time of booking. Please note that the Terms that applied to one booking may not apply to future bookings. We recommend that you always read these Terms before making a booking to ensure you accept them.

6.3.  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PARK2TRAVEL regarding the sale of the relevant services.

6.4. Campervans are not permitted in this car park.

 

7.        COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

7.1 Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left our control. Therefore it is important that you check your vehicle before leaving. In the case of our Park & Ride Service, you should do this before leaving the reception area. In the case of our Meet & Greet service you should do this before driving your vehicle away after the keys have been returned to you.

7.2 If you feel your vehicle has suffered damage whilst in our control you must immediately tell the nearest PARK2TRAVEL operative or the person returning your vehicle to you of the alleged damage. Where appropriate you will need to complete a Report Form and the matter will then be dealt with by our Customer Services Manager. Under no circumstances should you leave the airport or site without reporting anything.

7.3 In the unlikely event that damage is caused to your vehicle through our negligence, we reserve the right to undertake repairs to your vehicle on your behalf in a manner which restores it to the condition in which it arrived at the car park. We will provide a replacement vehicle. This will not be a like for like replacement but will be up to, though not exceeding, a small people carrier. You should be aware that the hire companies that we use may require you to present your credit or debit card and take a reading of it. This is so they can verify who you are and where you live.

7.4 Our Report Form makes no representations as to our liability. In the event that you take your vehicle away from the car park, we will arrange for an independent engineer to contact you to arrange for the remedial work to be carried out by a repairer that is acceptable to both of us, and you agree to be reasonable in considering which repairer will be used. No work should be authorised without our express permission. We have arrangements with our accepted repairers to provide you with a replacement vehicle at the repairer’s expense. If you wish us to consider your own repairer, then it is a requirement that your repairers will also provide you with a replacement vehicle at their expense.

Terms & Conditions

Competition period: 23 October – 4 December 2026

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by APCOA, trading as Park2Travel, of 18A Beckett Way, Park West Business Park, Dublin 12, D12 A9KW (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the organisation or administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.

The prize is for one family of four, comprising two adults and two children. The winning adult must be able to travel with the accompanying family members on the advertised travel dates.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit the official Park2Travel Facebook, Instagram or TikTok profile and comment on the designated competition post, answering the following question:

“Who is your favourite travel companion and why?”

The competition opens on 23 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 Irish time on 4 December 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.

Following Park2Travel's social media accounts, liking the competition post or sharing it with friends is appreciated but is not required.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

There is no limit on the number of entries per person. Participants may enter multiple times on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Each valid entry submitted as a separate comment on an official competition post will count as one entry in the prize draw.

All valid entries received across the three platforms will be combined into one draw and one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Entries must be genuine and comply with these terms. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, spam, or otherwise submitted in breach of these terms.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive a family trip to Lapland for four people (two adults and two children), departing on 14 December 2026 for three nights.

The prize includes, subject to the final confirmed itinerary:

• Return flights.

• 20kg baggage allowance.

• All transfers specified in the itinerary.

• Accommodation for three nights.

• Meals as specified in the itinerary.

• A private meeting with Santa.

• Santa's Secret Hideaway.

• A reindeer ride.

• Thermal suits and boots.

• Activities specified in the itinerary.

• A snowmobile experience.

• A husky ride.

• Ice and snow activities.

• Santa's Post Office.

• Toboggans.

• Snow Village.

• Elf School.

• Festive decorating activities.

• Santa's toy-making facilities.

• Festive dinner.

• Free parking at Park2Travel for the duration of the Lapland trip.

Prize conditions:

1. The prize is for four people travelling together on the advertised dates and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

2. The prize is subject to the final confirmed itinerary, supplier conditions, availability and any applicable age, height, weight, safety or other restrictions for individual activities.

3. The winner and accompanying travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, travel documents and any other documentation required for travel.

4. Unless expressly included in the prize or itinerary, travel insurance, passport costs, personal expenses, spending money and optional extras are the responsibility of the winner.

5. The winner is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying travellers are available to travel on the advertised dates and meet the applicable travel requirements.

6. If the advertised trip becomes unavailable or a material change is necessary, the Promoter will communicate with the winner and address the situation in accordance with applicable law.

The prize must be accepted as offered, subject to these terms and any applicable legal rights.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across the official Park2Travel Facebook, Instagram and TikTok competition posts by the closing date and time.

The draw will take place after the competition closes. The Promoter intends to contact the winner by direct message from an official Park2Travel social media account on 7 December 2026.

The winner must respond within 7 days of the notification message and may be asked to provide reasonable information to verify their eligibility and arrange the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Due to the departure date, the winner must cooperate promptly with the Promoter and relevant travel providers to complete the booking and provide the necessary travel information.

The Promoter will not ask the winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.

The winner's name or social media username may be announced on Park2Travel's official social media channels, subject to applicable law.

6. Publicity

The Promoter may use the winner's social media username or other limited identifying information to announce the competition result, where appropriate and lawful.

Any additional use of the winner's photograph, video, testimonial or other personal content for promotional purposes will be subject to separate, specific permission where required by law.

Entry into the competition does not automatically grant the Promoter unrestricted permission to use a participant's image, likeness or content in advertising or other promotional materials.

Refusing optional publicity consent will not affect the administration of the competition or the award of the prize.

7. Data Protection

The Promoter will process personal data for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging fulfilment of the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Personal data may be shared with relevant travel providers and service providers where necessary to administer and fulfil the prize, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Participants may exercise their applicable data protection rights by contacting dpo@apcoa.ie . Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law. The right to erasure is not absolute, and certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

Entry into this competition does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications. Any separate marketing consent will be requested where required.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, legal or regulatory requirements, fraud or other material circumstances affecting the fair administration of the competition.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Promoter's official channels where reasonably practicable.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the competition.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or their respective parent companies.

By entering, participants acknowledge that the competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms, and release the platforms from responsibility for the promotion to the extent required by their applicable promotion rules.

These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory rights and protections available to consumers under applicable law.
